Great beer is a rare thing—a coming together of perfect ingredients and perfect brewing
conditions. At Green Flash Brewing Company, we only use the best, all natural ingredients,
and we brew our beers in small batches so that it tastes fresh and pure.

Extra Pale Ale
This American-Style Pale Ale has a bright golden color as the name indicates.
Cascade hops impart a floral aroma that is accented by citrus notes lent from
Chinook hops. The hop flavors mingle with premium pale malted barley to create
a flavorful ale that is crisp and refreshing.
West Coast I.P.A.
This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored,
medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout
the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include
Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop
pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.
Ruby Red Ale
A deep reddish-amber brew that is characterized by the savory toasted
flavors of Munich malt. German varieties of hops are used in the brewing
process which lends a European flare that is much like the "Altbier" style of
Dusseldorf. Having a medium body and a firm, crisp finish gives the perception
of dryness, leaving the drinker quenched and ready to quaff another.
Nut Brown Ale
The Nut Brown is an English-Style Ale having rich caramel malt flavors and
drying nutty characteristics in the finish. British and Belgian specialty malts
are used in this brew to enhance the depth of malt flavor and aroma. Mild
hops are used to lend just the right balance to the lush malt flavors and medium
body.

Brief History
Arcadia Brewing Company was established in 1996 as a microbrewery specializing in handcrafted
British-style ales. All of our beers are produced in small batches, and our 25 Barrel Peter Austin
Brewery and methods originated in England, which allows this style of beer to reflect over 250
years of world class brewing heritage.
Products
Angler's Ale
Our first beer, Angler's Ale, is a medium-bodied English Pale Ale. Bright copper in color, it has a full,
toasted and complex malt flavor with a hint of caramel. The sweet and delicate herbal hop finish is
provided by premium Goldings whole flower hops.
London Porter
Our Smoked Porter is a robust London style porter with a deep chocolate/ruby color and the subtle
accent of hardwood smoked malt. This distinctive beer is brewed using no less than seven different
varieties of premium European malted barley, resulting in a complex and full bodied beer characterized
by hints of chocolate, coffee, caramel and beechwood smoke. The big malty finish to this beer is
balanced by a solid hop bitterness and the refined English aroma and flavor of premium Goldings finishing
hops.
Amber Ale
Arcadia introduces the newest addition to its stable of world class British-style ales. Brewed with
the legendary Maris Otter Malt from Scotland, this beer is full-bodied and brings a taste of sweet
caramel together with a hint of toasted malt that's well balenced with a solid presence of premium
American aromatic flower lear hops.
Scotch Ale
Step into the Scottish Highlands with this authentic Strong Scotch Ale. A lovely and deep garnet
color is joined by the aroma of plums and toffee in this unique and special ale. Brewed with Maris Otter
malted barley from Crisp Maltings, Ltd. in England, the rich and full-bodied feel of this beer brings out
flavors of caramel and roasted chestnuts, which is balanced with a clean and crisp alcohol finish, and
just the right amount of lingering hop bitterness. A real treat!
Nut Brown Ale
Our Nut Brown Ale is a full bodied English-style brown ale with a deep mahogany color. We use
six different types of premium malted barley to create a flavor that includes hints of chocolate, raisins,
dates and almonds. The malty sweet finish is balanced by a smooth bitterness and a subtle fruitiness in
flavor and hop aroma.
Starboard Stout
Starboard Stout is a unique Irish Oat Malt Stout. Deep black in color, with garnet undertones, it has a
robust yet well-balanced chocolatey roasted malt character and a creamy mouthfeel. A subtle and
complex hop flavor and aroma is provided by Willamette and Cascade.
Imperial Stout
Black as coal in color, this bottle conditioned Stout has a velvety rich and sweet malt aroma.
After pouring, a dense brown head gives way to a big, full-bodied and creamy texture that has
flavors of roasted coffee and black currants, blending perfectly with the malt. A generous amount of
hops add balance and complexity to this extraordinary stout that will continue to improve with age.

HopMouth
The first in our Brew Crew Big Beer Series, Arcadia HopMouth Double IPA is a tasty fix for your hop jones.
Huge Maris Otter Malt and a more than generous amount of fresh hops make this beer memorable.
Indian Pale Ale
Colubmus dry-hops added directly to the open fermenter uniquely characterize our IPA with an intensely
robust pure-like floral aroma and resinous hop flavor. A pronounced hop bitterness is balanced by a
medium-bodied, lightly caramel and toasted malt character with a nutty finish.
Whitsun
Arcadia Whitsun is a modern interpretation of a mid-19th century English spring and summer festival ale.
It has a translucent orange color capped with a rich, creamy head, full-bodied and has a lightly toasted
caramel flavor. The addition of Michigan honey contributes a uniquely smooth drinkability to this unfiltered
wheat ale.
Special Reserve
Our lightest ale, Battle Creek Special reserve is an English Golden Mild. The lightly toasted, semisweet,
malt character finishes crisp and is balanced by a mild hop bitterness and delicate Cascade hop nose.

Hefe-Weizen light, elegant has helped keep Europeans cool in summer for generations.
Brewed with a high percentage of wheat malt, its cloudy appearence comes from a small
amount of yeast to insure freshness.

Final Absolution Belgian Style Trippel
Dragonmead's signature product! This is the ultimate Belgian style. The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma. O.G. 1.085, ABV 8.5%

Produced in the style of a Scottish Export Ale this beer is big on taste and body. Imported Scottish Ale Malt is combined with Roasted Barley and Crystal malt to give this beer a unique taste and aroma. Golding and Fuggles Hops help to balance out the taste of this unique beer. O.G. 1.080, ABV 7.8%
